FAQ's
1.   How soon do you ship? We ship most orders in 3-7 business days. During the holidays it may  
     take up to 10 business days to ship your items due to the volume, so order early.
2.   What service do you use to ship? We use the U. S. Postal Service. All items are shipped First 
     Class. All items are shipped from the Central Coast, California.
3.   Do you ship orders internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping time for international         orders can take between 2 - 4 weeks, though because in this Post-September 11 World, most 
     items may have to spend some time in Customs before they are released. Sorry, no refunds on 
     shipping for international orders.
4.   What is the quality of the merchandise? Excellent! We manufacture and do quality control
     ourselves. We use a four color solvent ink printing process that allows for great detail, special
     effects, and a variety of colors and provides for easy and quick customizing options.
5.   If I don't receive the merchandise how long do I have to inform you of this? Customers must inform
     us of merchandise not received within 30 days of shipment otherwise no replacements can be
     given.
6.   Can I send ideas for prints and will I get paid? Yes, you are more than welcome to send in original
     ideas for prints that you would like to see on our tees.  Sorry, you will not get paid, but if an idea
     you submit inspires us to create a graphic and print, we will send you a t-shirt free of charge. We
     will then put the design on this site so you can tell your family and friends.
7.   How often can I expect to see new designs offered on this site? Our goal is for new designs to be
     added every month.
8.   Can I return merchandise I have purchased? Sorry all sales are final.  We will exchange
     merchandise only if you ordered the wrong size or wrong design pattern for the same value as the
     original purchase price as long as the shirt has not been worn and/or laundered.
9.   How often do you change your policies? Not often, however we do reserve the right to change or
     modify the policies at any time.
